Worried heat wave will ruin bags.

I have nearly 20 inoculated bags and Don’t have A/C the temp in my closet has been 80-85 even with a fan. My bags have definitely seemed to have stalled. My question is how concerned should I be??can I save atleast one bin if I stall them in the fridge for a week and hope the heat dies down?? I hear bacteria thrives more then the mycelium above 80 degrees
