- Their wives share similar feelings but are content with their new life and try to make the best of it.
- They get a job offer to revisit their past occupations and take it, keeping the truth from their wives.
- They end up on a tropical island where their women have to fly in and save them.
- In the end they settle on a middle ground that allows them to do what they love and also lead somewhat normal lives.
