I am American and my spouse is British.

I am currently in the UK on a student visa studying for a Masters degree.

During my studies, I recently got married to a Brit.

I have several issues.

I am currently living in uni owned flats during term time, but my permanent home address is in a city about two hours away from my uni. My husband got us a small house and both our names are on the tenancy agreement for it.

How do I address this to the Home Office when I am completing my online application for the FLRM visa? In a cover letter? My husband and I see each other every week and stay at either my uni owned flat or our small house, so we are living together and do meet that requirement.

We also have 6 pieces of correspondence addressed to both of us at our home address.

I guess I'm confused as to what I should explain in the application as I dont want to confuse anybody at the HO.
