Skilled Worker Visa Applying from EU

Post Body

Hi,

I'm an expat living in Germany and going to apply soon for Skilled Worker Visa to relocate to the UK for a job offer.
And I have some questions that you may assist with:

Anyone here has a knoweldge of how long usually the process of applying for Visa from EU or Germany takes?

Also what kind of assistance does the employer (Sponsor) needs to provide for the smooth proccess?

Is this better for me to apply from Germany or from my local country (I'm going to stay in Germany until the relocation)?

Who is going to decide for how many years the Skilled Worker Visa is provided? 2 or 5? How many fees should I pay for 5 and is it usually reimbursed by Employeer?
