Has there been more damage from one punch in the UFC? (BKFC from Friday)

This dude tried to quit in the corner between rounds and his corner refused to stop the fight. The doctors then talked with him for an extended time and seemingly talked him into continuing. 10 seconds into the 2nd round his face gets blown out in 1 shot.
