I get a lot of messages on here from women. There are a lot of men but also a lot of women who are seemingly normal but enjoy my posts. A lot of "I started out disgusted but couldn't stop reading and now I am into it and think it's sweet" "I would never want my own son but I find all of this hot" or "I've secretly wanted (family member) and I've never confronted those feelings until I read your post."

This post isn't about them. A large portion of messages I get are from women and men(mostly women) who ask about how I keep in such good shape for my age. I'm not here to police other people's diets or lifestyles but I feel like people becoming frumpy and "undesirable" once they hit 35 is not something that should be happening. There are people who have health issues or things preventing them but generally your body should NOT be going out once you hit 30 and your back shouldn't be hurting either. I've exercised and ate pretty healthy my whole life. Obviously when I was in my late teens/college years I could eat pizza, bread sticks, and pasta for a week straight and feel/look fine. Can't do that now and I don't even have the desire to eat like that.

Portion control is essential. But weight loss and maintenance is just tracking calories in and calories out. For a long time I've tracked them and if it is just weight you and worried about. You can literally eat anything and lose weight. If your maintenance calories are 2000 and you eat 1700 calories of burgers every day. You will lose weight. Exercise plays a very small role in weight loss. You could got to the gym for an hour 7 days a week. If you don't track your calories you will gain weight. I hit the gym before work on my work days. I eat a big meal in the morning. Usually a lean protein, big portion of vegetables, small amount of carbs, fruit, and eggs. Then I have small snacks later on in the day. Obviously if I have dinner plans I'll switch the order of my meals. If I'm getting burgers with my son I am not sweating the portion control and getting each food group because that's a one off. Find your maintenance calories in one of those weight loss apps and only eat that much if you want to stay. If you want to lose weight then eat 300-400 below that. Consistently

As far as skin and body care. After I had my son I did get cosmetic surgery on my stomach but other than that. That's the only "work" I've had done. I do owe a lot of my looks to Eastern European genetics in my family. People all look very youthful in my family. But please take care of your skin. Wear sun screen when it's sunny(you'll be thankful when you're 40) and drink a lot of water. Moisturize your skin and stretch a lot. We are way too stationary as a culture

Edit- Also very important. GET 8 HOURS OF SLEEP EVERY NIGHT. Don't eat processed/fast food often. I cook 90 percent of everything I eat. DRINK WATER

I know lots of people who go to the gym and get a good session a burn maybe 400 calories only to immediately eat 1400 calories in fast food after. Or 1400 calories in "healthy" food

Being able to have discipline with diet, fitness, and financials makes you more attractive because it displays control and strength.
