Max it. Fast Healer and Glutton are disgusting together. Using it defensively makes you nigh unkilliable in PvE and it's great in PvP.

2. Armor
I use Medium armor, so any build I make will likely be in it. Strength gear seems over all less stacked than Agility gear. Which is unfortunate. I have two sets up, one of exile lands and one for Siptah.
