Just a general reminder for folks that if you drink, don't drive. Also, be an actual friend and don't let those around you do that either, even if they say they're okay. Be a jerk for a night if it means you keep them safe.

I Uber on the side and usually on nights like this I'll witness nasty accidents and emergency vehicles zooming by. It's much more common than you may realize. All those people probably thought that nothing would happen to them.

Don't ruin your life or anyone else's just for a fun night out.

If you think Uber is too expensive, consider splitting the fare or using UberShare for lower prices. If that's still too expensive, you might have to face the reality that you can't afford to go out.
