How does UGC catch cheaters/hackers?

So i and a group of friends wanna take a stab at the 6's but 5 of my guys are reluctant to pony up the cash for ESEA and im reluctant to pony up the cash for everyone due to the presumed high skill level of ESEA-O and the fact that if we get stomped the chances of everyone quitting is increased so the plan seems to be to give UGC a try but looking at the UGC site it seems like they dont have a anti-cheat client like ESEA/CEVO does. so how does UGC go about busting cheaters?
