Lost profile help..

Anyone had a similar situation that might know a fix? I had to restore and reset my PC after a few issues and hardware warranty claims anyway so I’ve carried my profile across using the steam cloud but now the entire profile is gone now that windows 11 has restored. I should have probably backed up the backup folders however I have never needed to do this as steam cloud always saves my up to date profile. Any ideas
