So I started my journey back in Feb. pushed by lower libido, poor sleep, constant fatigue, body fat retention, etc. I have been active in the gym and cardio for years. I don’t eat extremely healthy but relatively. Avoid sugars and most shitty carbs. Anyway, labs vs treatment
Pre: Total 529ng/dl, Est 23.9pg/ml Advised to start 200mg/wk split started 3/13 Feeling great but sleeping isn’t getting better. Back acne started
5/15: Total 1136, Est 87.5 Reduced to 160mg/wk split and half AI per dose Sleeping better, libido amazing, great mood, gym gains.
7/31: Total 910, Est 34.1 Wanted off AI so I reduced dose to 140 split to 2 Acne started to go away
12/13: Total 1180, Est 84.6 Currently still at 140 split, but started AI again Acne came back a little but not like it was
My weight has stayed at 175-180lbs this entire time, but I lost a lot of fat. So I’m guessing losing subq fat has made the T work better? I did notice my sleeping started getting worse but i was also battling shoulder joint pain from heavy lifting and failing to stretch and do mobility, which I’ve corrected.
So, I was hoping to have Esteogen dialed in by now, and labs aren’t cheap! So now I guess I drop to maybe 100mg per week or do what others suggest and split doses to daily or 5 or something.
