Bubbles’ Real Name!

It’s been discussed before that Bubbles never had / lost his real name. But I was watching S1:E6 of the animated series, and although Julian and Ricky put together Bubbles’ shed, Julian says that his Grandma told him Bubbles’ could stay “as long as he wanted”.
Not to make a fan fic about it or anything, but maybe Julian’s grandma knew who his parents were in the park, and realized he was abandoned. If she got legal custody of him, maybe he remained a John Doe legally? Thoughts ?
