08’ Leaking on front driver’s floor mat…source of leak?

I just bought a 2008 for $6000. 288,000 miles. New transmission installed already amongst some other replaced parts. However…
The drivers side door seal is leaking somewhere. Is this common? Possibly the sunroof? I’ll post pics of what my hubby thinks the culprit is, if someone else experienced this before please help me out! This is my first Sequoia
