Given the gear, packaging and video quality this is probably from around the 2000s to 2010s. Back then it was normal - and in fact a point of personal pride - to heat things to 590F/310C or sometimes even higher so not only did she take too much she also took it scorching hot.

Large Ulultra hot dabs were initially popular as a novelty product for people with really high tolerances. Added to the spectacle and back then you probably got the oil off the producer making it in their garage.
It declined as dedicated dab rigs evolved (a dab rig has like an 8th of the volume of a medium bong so you can't really rip it like a beyblade rather than taking small puffs like from a tobacco pipe), concentrates - joined by rosin - became more flavorful, available and easier to handle and the "bro" vibe in weedtube was replaced with a more heterogeneous mix of serious professionals and dorky MMO kids who'd had a career change after switching schools.
As a result people started to consume less, more towards flavor and with stronger scientific backing.
