The other day I stopped at att then Verizon looking at phone plans they both were willing to give me the galaxy s22 ultra for nothing down. I been with tmobile for 2 years almost so I thought see what they would offer since my original phones are paid off. I talked to a tech on the tmobile app he said that there's a 299 deposit on the phone. I told him that that doesn't seem right since I been with you guys for 2 years almost never not paid my bill also my phones I originally got are paid off. I said that I'm thinking about switching due to tmobile's competitors are offering me the phone for nothing. He said give him 24 to 48 hours he would call me and see what he could do igave hime my contact number. Now being 72 hours later no call or nothing from him I think this is not right. First being that someone had been with you guys for so long you would think customer satisfaction would be the first addenda. 2nd you claim your better then att and Verizon but there willing to give a customer they never delt with a new phone with no deposit. The 3rd is your customer service people only tell you what you want to hear then not follow thru.
