I am going to chime in because I feel that there is confusion regarding the expectations for this stock. I have owned this stock since early last year, and still hold over 2M shares as of today. Instead of high-jacking someone else's post, I am outlining the expectations for TLSS.
These are the factual expectations, as announced by the 8k's:
- r/S has been discussed on the table since last year. Please believe me, that it is not a matter of IF, but a matter of WHEN. The company announced the possibility of a r/S , and made every investor at the time, aware that it will happen, but that there was no timeline for it. Due to the obligation to be listed in a major exchange, now there is a timeline for it, but no specific date.
- There are 2 "up-lists" that are separate from each other.
- The first is the OTCQB. This one is nice for the company to achieve, but there are no contractual obligations for it to happen. This is the one that we are expecting to hear news about next week.
- The second is to a major market (NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.). This is the ultimate goal of the company. There is also a contractual obligation, per the recent Series E offerings. The company must be listed on one major exchange by the end of October, or the holders of those shares may cash-out at the specified price (please read the 8k's for more info).
- For the company to be listed in a major market, certain price, liquidity, asset value, and company structure requirements have to be met. The company currently meets most of them, except for the closing share price and time above minimum closing share price. The minimum closing share price prior to approval is $2/share for the NASDAQ Capital Market, and $3/share for the others. NYSE minimum is $4/share.
- The application/approval process takes 6-8 weeks to complete. This means that the share price MUST be above the minimum for at least this amount of time. Failure to maintain the price will disqualify the company for listing.
- DD Trucking and Cougar Express: DD Trucking was a very pleasant surprise, and will contribute to the income stability, and growth for TLSS. Where I see people disappointed, is in the delay of the completion of the Cougar Express acquisition. Please understand, that sometimes, companies must delay acting on certain purchases, if it is believed that a more cost effective (and immediate) opportunity can be taken. This is in fact what happened. The opportunity to acquire DD Trucking, NOW, was more of an opportunity priority than that of Cougar Express. The Amazon contract expiration date is closing fast, and therefore, the company made a strategic change in plans. The fact that Cougar Express allowed the delay is very encouraging as well.
- Announcements and News (or rather, the lack thereof): Ever since I began my investment in this company, it has been the same behavior of long periods of time between news and/or announcements. The company executives prefer to give announcements via 8k's, and the occasional pr via news articles. This is the way it is, and has always been. There is a saying: "Nothing good happens fast".
- Price swings: I have owned this stock at $0.0099 - $0.269 (and everything in between). The price always goes UP and DOWN. It is up to every investor to determine how much tolerance they are willing to give to this stock. It is not uncommon to have 3%-50% swings with this one!
These are MY expectations for this stock:
- r/S WILL happen sometime between March and July (most likely during the month of May). This should allow for the price to stabilize before applying to a major market.
- I do not think that the OTCQB up-list will happen, but I am not concerned by it.
- The Cougar Express deal should close, although possibly with some conditions for payment.
- Price: $0.15 - $0.20 within the next 4-6 weeks. This is greatly dependent on the closing of the Cougar Express deal, and sentiment towards Q1 earnings report.
- Momentum: The overall momentum for this stock is very positive. All those who have owned this stock for more than 3 months know that watching the daily activity of this stock was worse than watching paint dry. Trading volume is up, as well as volatility. As long as we receive positive news, this is a perfect recipe for success!
I know that this has been a very long post, and sorry, NO TLDR! This is for the benefit of all. Too many new "investors" rely on hearsay. Please do your own DD, and remember that it is YOUR responsibility, not anybody else, on what and how you decide to invest.

Great breakdown! Thank you
