Hello all!

As the title states, there's a screenshot I'm looking for from a live-action show / movie that's dark with shadow and very blue-tinted - as if in a cave for the scene or something similar. It has someone in dark blue / black / something similar clothing (maybe a cloak or similar?) yelling something with his arms up in the air as if summoning / casting something, but the text at the bottom (either subtitles or added in after in reference to something else for the meme), saying:

"LET THE SLUT (event? union? something?) BEGIN"

Google hasn't been much help - just pulling up rick and morty memes - and it was shown to me by someone I work with so I don't have any tumblr likes / history / etc. to sift through.
