Okay,so there was this song in the early 2000s (my friend had a Hit Clips cartridge of it lol), I don’t remember any of the words except at on point a female singer says “Get a grip”. It was one of those short lived teen bands,I think there were girls and guys. I remember the music video from Nickelodeon; the band members were dancing in an alley, and one of the female singers had big,curly, red hair.
