I remember seeing this song listed in a 90’s one hit wonder list at some point years ago and recently I vaguely remembered it. It’s driving me nuts. It was a serious one hit wonder…. I’ve never heard of the guy since. It might also have been Canadian since we tend to have unknowns here because of the radio rules. The video has him singing alone about love. I think he might have been balding??? It was also him alone… not with a band. Sorry this is all I have! I have read tons of lists and it’s not on any!
