Me and my girlfriend don’t have a passport and are trying to go to Cabo for a weekend in the next month. I know I’ve crossed numerous times in the past without one occasionally have been charged $20 for not having it. However I want to make sure nothing has changed during the pandemic. Also are we less likely to be stopped driving or walking?
