I'm wondering if anyone else has gone through this? I have zero knowledge about this situation. I logged in to the Trusted Travelers Program website, and the first thing I noticed was my "Pending Review" application being completely missing.

What's even more strange is the fact that the website gave me no information as to why it's no longer being processed, no emails, notifications, or even alerts of any kind. It just disappeared completely as if I never applied back in February.

However, it does seem to remember my "attempt" at applying. Since it does have the payment I made recorded. Anyone know what just happened? Am I going to have to apply once more? Glitch in the matrix? What could this possibly mean!?
