Need recommendations - Used Thinkpad

So on my quest for a backup server laptop (P53 ordered) I also wanted to get something portable instead of lugging around my Legion 5 laptop. It would mainly be used for web, documents, media and the odd game (Football Manager and Bloons TD6) Nothing taxing.
I was looking at no more than £300 used, so I see there are some X280's / X1 carbons 7th gen?
