White Orchard map is saying stuff like "1/5 Bandit Camps", "1/3 Monster Nests"??

Yet I have cleared every single one of them? It's annoying as all hell for me since I don't want to leave an area until it's completely cleared. I have left the area but came right back to WO and still the same thing. The map does NOT show any "white" events, however. Just the legend text on the left hand side. No idea what it is trying to tell me, lol.
