My game lags when I click on another sim, it took a few seconds until the menu came up.

Hey all, so ive been experiencing this lag that when I click on another sim, it took a few seconds until the menu interaction came up. Ive tried everything. Removing script mods, removing cache files, updating my game and my game driver.. Nothing seems to work, and this happened all of a sudden. Im not sure what happens.
If anyone knows how to fix this please tell me, i hate the lag soo much. Thank you!
