Create four new challenge modes from the pool of missions that isn't already a challenge mode and make them harder that the four current challenge modes. Knowing you this will entail adding more shot gunners and grenaders. To stay in line with your current loot vision use the same crappy rng model on the drops but make them 204 ilvl gear.

Create a new daily for these mission that reward more high end crafting mats than the four current challenge modes. This will further create further incentive to do all the dailies.

With a small chance of 204 ilvl gear. Like 5-10% chance don't be stingy. Dz 5-6 drops 182 gear. With a chance at 204 ilvl gear. Really guys listen to me it needs to be at least 50-60% you want people up there but you don't want to negate our new challenge modes right off the bat. Keep all 240 set pieces in the challenge incursion and keep the other set drops the same in the darkzone. We want to funnel players to the incursion somehow.

In your first paid dlc announce your going to do a diablo 3 level fix on your gear and fucking follow through with it. If done properly some of the people who refused to buy it under your current model might change their minds and buy it. Follow through with your announcement and take some layers of rng off and let's player enjoy the beautiful game you created.
