10am. So, I'm at the Datacenter. Alphabeat rocked up and helped me put the chassis into the rack. Thanks! He then had to go to work, so I'm here plugging everything in and getting it all turned on. Then I have to configure it, and we're good to go. I've taken photos of the rack empty and with the chassis in there. I'll take some more as I go.

11am. Have got the switch in, and done most of the cabling. On the phone doing various support stuff outside. They have a nice comfy lounge here for me to sit on. I can't see a powerpoint here tho, but I haven't looked too hard. Laptop is fully charged.

12pm. Haven't really done much in the last hour, except for realise that the Chassis needed a firmware update, and do that. Note that Alphabeat has uploaded his 5 photos.

3:45pm. HP are coming out tomorrow to fix a vital part of the chassis that's not working. Sigh. At the moment I can't segregate the networks properly, so no turning it on today. 8-( I was on the phone to them for 1 hour and 48 mins. Fun!

6pm. Back in the hotel room. I'm getting some of the new machines working, slowly. Annoyed about the network issues.

The next day was me waiting on HP rocking up, and then, after they fixed it, doing some quick configuration and going off and doing real work. I climbed into bed at 11:59.
