Hey /r/tequila,
Coming at you with another review. I had been asking a few questions of the community as I was preparing to do my sampler review, so I'll start it off with my review of Corzo Añejo.
Bottle: Definitely a fancy, modern design. Minimalistic label with a modern bottle design. The mouth of the bottom makes it really easy to rest it against a glass and pour neatly. I give this bottle a 10/10 on design/appearance for sure.
Aroma: Definitely has a spicy, peppery scent that bottoms into a bit of an oak scent. The alcohol is noticeable in the front, but the aroma gets very pleasant afterwards. 7/10
Taste: Starts a bit floral and finishes strong with an oak flavor. The agave is noticeable more in the beginning, but fades into the oak finish. I didn't think I was much into it until I tried this. Finishes smoothly. 7/10
Price: Just under $60. I picked this up because I've never had it before, but for the cost I'd rather have a bottle of Don Julio. Definitely not bad, definitely worth a try. 7/10
Bottom line: 7/10 above average drink, great design.
