USB driver keeps popping up whenever I plug a USB in

This is what is looks like when I plug in any USB, I get two pop up windows

A friend told me it was a virus, but it seems out of the blue because I've been using this same USB for a long time and can't think of why there is suddenly a virus. I also did a full scan using the Windows virus and threat protection but nothing came up. Can anyone confirm or explain why this is happening?

Also I've been getting messages saying "Adobe failed to load its core DLL," is this in anyway related or a completely different matter?
