Monitor displays for a second, then goes black after installing new AMD driver
Post Body

Hi,

I am currently rocking a Ryzen 7 1700 and Vega 56 in my computer, alongside 16gb of DDR3. I'm on Windows 10.

My main monitor is a 144hz monitor currently connected to my PC via DVI and has never given me any issues until today. My second monitor is a regular 60hz one connected via HDMI.

I started Cyberpunk earlier today and noticed some graphical issues that I knew were due to outdated drivers; so I went and updated my drivers thru AMD's software to the current 22.8.1. Fast forward 10 minutes, and now my main monitor is not acting right. It only displays if connected thru HDMI (but, unfortunately, my monitor only displays 60hz over HDMI) OR if I'm duplicating my display on both monitors, otherwise its a black screen. I'll get to see my desktop for half a second before the screen goes dark (input still being received, mind you -- my monitor never shut off or said no input).

I don't want to roll back my drivers so I may reinstall them to see if that fixes it but if anyone knows what is causing this please let me know!

edit: I repaired the 22.8.1 drivers and the issue persisted
