so starting about 3 weeks ago i have been having troubles accessing online games (e.g overwatch,apex legends, etc). i have contacted my ISP to try and diagnose the problem but to no avail. they suggested to contact the companies ( i contacted blizzard) to try and fix it. i followed the list of things they got me to do. still nothing worked. at the end of it they got me to run a WinMTR test and found that there are up to 12% data losses and delays up to 4.4 seconds long and told me to contact my ISP again. after contacting them i found that online games work fine on other devises just not my laptop. i have been told it could be a trouble shooting issue. i don't know how to fix this or if it even has anything to do with trouble shooting. any help is appreciated

P.S it cannot be the computers fault because it works fine on other networks
