I have an Asus G74SX, hard drive fucked off and I need to replace it.
I took a hard drive from an older laptop and found that the Asus still works well, I am wondering if I can replace the hard drive and get the windows software back on it. It was a windows 7 and I still have that sticker on the bottom.
I need some help determining what kind of Hard drive to get and software if needed, and a battery for it.
Do I just stick a hard drive on it and do with it or do I need to get additional software for it.
