PC case buttons/USB slots not working

I suck at this stuff, but I'm pretty sure this is the issue. The power button turns the PC on, but I can't turn it off as the button just flashes when I hold it down now. The monitor stays black but isn't the issue, as the UI still comes up. Due to my mouse and keyboard RGB not coming on, it's looking like the issue is the case ports.

This machine was pre-built so I have no idea how to go about this. I was having a lot of BSODs lately that were apparently most likely thanks to old/faulty RAM, but hadn't even sorted that out yet before this happened.

B450 Aorus Pro

Gigabyte Gaming OC RTX 3080

Ryzen 3700X

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB DDR4 3200MHz

Corsair TX650M 650W Modular 80 Gold PSU (this'll be upgraded soon)
