Can't upload photos to OF from phone.

Hi all, I hoping for some help. My wife is an OF model and today while trying to make a post she wasn't able to upload any existing photos from her phone. They just appear greyed out in her gallery. She's tried clearing her browser cache cookies so far but we're not sure what else to try. She's using a Motorola edge 2021. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
