This morning I get a call from a volunteer who mans the information desk out front, this is the conversation. VL is volunteer, Pavix is me

VL: I have a box on my screen

Pavix: Ok, does it say anything on it like "Internet Explorer" or "Citrix"?

VL: No, it's just a box

Pavix: Ok. What's the computer name that you're on, I'll remote in and take a look

VL: I can't find it

Pavix: It'll either be in the upper right corner of your monitor or on the workstation itself

VL: I know there has to be one, I'm just not seeing it

Pavix: Maybe a window or box is covering it up

VL: No. I don't see it at all

Pavix: Maybe it's on the side of the workstation?

VL: No, It's just not here. Typically the box is to the side but now it's under the monitor.

FFS. The "Box on her screen" is her workstation and someone had moved it from where it was off to the side and on it's side to laying flat and under the monitor. Thankfully tomorrow's my Friday.
