Just a quick tale of user being too damn cheap...email comes in from one of my generally problematic users...

I was hoping a could get a higher res copy of my employee ID picture, as I'm applying for a passport and need to supply a picture. My employee ID photo is ideal, but pulling it off the intranet is too low res. Do you know anyone who may be able to help me with this? Please let me know. Thank you!
