So, a call comes in today and boy, it is a beaut. Every company has one of these...that 1 person who thinks they know more than the IT guy.

Derpina: I can't get into (application)

Me: Use your windows credentials.

Derpina: I tried that. It doesn't work.

Me: OK, let me connect to your machine. Remote in, clear cache/cookies/temp files in IE. OK. Try again.

Derpina: I did this. It's not working.

Me: Try again, please.

Derpina: Are you sure it's not my (other application) password?

Me: Yes, I am. Use your windows credentials.

Derpina: OK, but it's not going to...oh...it worked.
