Does anyone have experience with the arbitration process through FSPA?
Are they fair to residential owners or biased to the contractors/members of the association?
I sincerely feel I have a strong case against the pool contractor, but it's expensive to file a suit. My pool was completed with a depth almost a foot shallower than on the contract, I have many paving slabs broken or cracked, the security fence was installed incorrectly, and several other issues too. How likely is an owner going to be awarded the filing fee back at a minimum?
