As I'm sure I'm not the only American choosing to support Swansea after the new owners and Bob Bradley, Landon Donovan, etc I hope I am not annoying anyone with this question... but I love what Swansea is doing. I believe the owners mean well, bringing in Landon, and Bob was an outstanding hire with everything he was able to do for US Soccer.
I don't have the money for a shirt ($90 is a lot), but I'm going to try to find some way to advertise Swansea in America and hopefully get some of my casual American fans to jump on board.
Formerly, I casually supported Manchester United, but I can't sell my soul to corporations and the Glazers are awful. They also own the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who is a hated rival of my local NFL team (Atlanta). I can't support them seriously, and I don't feel right supporting a club that just buys their way to a championship and embodies the very commercialization of football. It'd be like supporting the New York Yankees.
I hope I'm welcomed here with open arms and look forward to becoming more involved with the club as much as I can from the states. Go Jacks!

I'm with you, man. All my buddies have a Premier League team and I wanted a team to support and chose Swansea. Didn't realize I'd be annoying long-time supporters by doing so.
