Speed cap and team alignment for necropolis

Hi Reddit,

I'm currently running my necropolis team with: Shihwa (L), Bella, Colleen, Smokey and Randy. Only Bella is being used elsewhere, the others are dedicated to Necro.

B9 100% auto and B10 80% auto success.

I think it is a good team, but that need some adjustments, rune changes and specially spd alignment. As FRR is getting near I'm planning to do it Saturday, so I'm studying my mobs and runes to check what to do.

So, here are the questions:

Anybody knows how much is exactly the speed cap on the boss passive? I want to optimize the team, so the less SPD needed for it, and the more I can focus in other important stuff, the better.
Any suggestion of a new team I can build? Here's my swarfarm: https://swarfarm.com/profile/daileon/ It is not up to date but I don't have any specially useful new mob for it.
How should I align SPD on this team (or any other you may suggest)
