Any idea what to do against BORK + Full tank Irelia and Diana?

How do I deal with those Fighter gone Tank builds? I can deal with Irelia and Dianas normal builds just fine, but when she BORK rushes into 4 tank items Im kinda lost as to what to do.

Similar is Diana that only gets a Demonic and then 4 Tank items.

Irelia build was BORK -> Sunfire -> Force of Nature -> Randuins -> Anathema

Diana build was Sunfire -> Demonic -> Zhonyas -> Force of Nature -> Thornmail

Damage wise they both topped their teams damage charts and Irelia did more than double of anybody is her team.

Should I just start playing support Irelia?
