So I've been in and lost my promos to Silver twice now and each time has been because I'm getting counterjungled constantly. First it was Elise, then Shyv, then a Shaco, and finally a smurfing Kha.

I've been spamming Jarvan and Vi. They either start early, or they slowly just take over my jungle, and pretty soon I have few or no camps I can clear and I start falling behind hard on XP and gold. At this point, I'm already becoming useless - I'm just a moving ward who can't do anything.

I don't really know how to counter counterjungling or how to come back when I'm behind like that. I'm left feeling useless and helpless, and it's honestly one of the most crushing feelings and it leaves me tilted and demoralized.

Any and all help or advice would be deeply appreciated. I don't know what to do to come back from this. My heart honestly can't take much more of this.
