I'm an adc main, and for some reason I just hate buying QSS, I don't like the item, I feel I'm missing so much damage by getting it , so instead I heavily rely on positioning to not get caught with heavy CC but I just had a game with leo malza skarner and ww, so yeah it shouldn't be hard to figure out how that game went for me and made me realize I really need to learn when I should get qss.

So, is there any reason to buy it if the enemy champion that has the CC i want to cleanse is not a threat? (i.e: is really behind or his team has little to no follow up). Should I buy it when I'm ahead?, Should I buy it if I'm behind? Should I buy it if I'm not getting focused?
