Can't land cass q AT ALL

My karthus q's are pretty bad as well but I do slightly better w them bc the cd is less and I basically just spam the crap out of it
Also the cass q cast range is so tiny. Every time I get close enough to cast it I get burst down and get wrecked in like 1 sec
