Post Body

Wanted to get some advice. Last fall I purchased tickets to a big event on Stubhub and ended up not being able to go. Was unable to list my tickets back on Stubhub and after disputing and even given the advice to make another account to try and post the tickets with that one (direct advice from customer service), I ended up taking the exchange credit for the value of the tickets in order to not have any more headaches and potentially lose on this money.

My credit is only good for a year and I would way rather have money back than attend anything else that expensive, so I had a question. If a friend were to buy and sell tickets to a small event and massively inflate the price, would I be able to buy those tickets with the credit and then they would get the money?

Obviously, there will be money lost on fees, but I can't think of any other way to recover some of the money. Any thoughts?
