recently a “friend” and i had an after party to do after work. it was her customer (someone she met that same night, not a regular) and she brought me along, he paid both of us and everything went well. he ended up sending me her money and my money through cashapp since she didn’t have cashapp, it was late at night and the ATM wouldn’t let me get her cash out, so we agreed i would give her her cash the next day at work. he sent me a total of $2k which was $1k for me and $1k for her.

the next morning she let me know that he wanted to hangout with both of us again after work. i get to work and i give her her $1k, while we’re at work she tells me that he ended up not wanting to hangout anymore and that he went back to his hometown (he was just visiting) she also ends up not staying the whole night. a few hours go by and i see the guy in the club, we talk and i find out she lied about him not wanting to hangout again, she lied to him and told him i never gave her her money. she ended up hanging out with him without me and getting the money that was supposed to be meant for both of us, ($2k) i didn’t find any of this out until after i already gave her her portion of the money he gave us the first night.

was she wrong, should i confront her about it?
