Get ya ass up and stretch out. If you're working tonight in the US you know tonight will be one hell of a toss up. It could be busy, slow, in the middle-- Just like any other night.
What are your goals? Money.
How are you going to reach them? With my mf booty and some well timed lip biting.
What is your motivation for the night? Mine is that I wanna become the best I can be so I can show off to babycakes in the stars. That means working not only hard but smart.
For me tonight is all about trying to get my "sparkle" back in the club and staying focused on the hustle. I have my goal set as a building block like I used to do. This will give you momentum and motivation throughout the entire shift. It avoids feeling overwhelmed and allows you to really focus hard. I really want to on track to having this shit made. So yes baby let's get this fucking sparkle back!
Something else I'm doing.
RE learning to sell the highest thing you can first. I used to be really good at this but lost that "sparkle". This means instead of focusing on one lap dance at a time, I will be trying to sell time.
A note: because I have been having a hard time with memory & focus, my goal is to offer this to at least 3-5 different men. We do not have any private rooms in my club so this is hard to sell. I've done it before, but that didn't make it "Easy". When you do not have access to a VIP room it eliminates a lot of the selling points you'd normally have. If I feel nervous when I try to make the sale, I'll go for a 15 minute instead of 30 minute experience.
u/plussizedstripper has a great note on this on her profile
ASK FOR TIPS!! Do not let me catch you in the club not asking (unless your club doesn't allow it) or I'm coming for you AND yo pedicure. No ma'am, we ask for tips. And don't be afraid to say a number either. Including rejection tips! I have made hundreds extra JUST from being rejected before. If they reject me, I say "oh thats too bad, okay baby-- would you like to tip me for my time?" or "awh okay love, maybe later or next time. a tip would be appreciated, would you like to?"
KNOW NUMBERS OFF THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD This is extremely important. You should IMMEDIATELY be able to respond with numbers. Memorize them because otherwise you will fumble a sale like nobodies business.
Something I noticed guys will pay attention to. Let's say your VIP room cover charge is $100, add that onto the price you tell them for the room. Otherwise the shitheads start doing math.
You should have 20% tips memorized for every single one of your options. Especially for a VIP experience. You also need to have all of your vip prices memorized so you can say them fluidly without stumbling. I'm serious. The moment you forget or need to think about it, your chance at making that sale drops so hard.
NEVER SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE If you want a quick read before work to start thinking about your negotiation / sales tactics in the club, here's a summary of the book "never split the difference".
When using tactics like this in the club it's important to understand your tone and body language. You shouldn't come off like you're an interrogation officer trying to amp up the pressure. Instead you need to remember your surroundings. Keep your tone light and fun but maintain control over the situation.
ASK, ASK ASK : One of the most potent tools I used in the past that added onto my income and reaaally helped with sales was "asking". The moment your conversation is focused on you and your life, you are losing control over it. Try to keep the conversation balanced, don't be afraid to answer their questions but ALWAYS spin it around back to them. Dig deeper into who they are with your questions.
Example :
You - "What do you do?"
Them - [answers]
You - "Oh do you enjoy it?"
Them - [answers]
You - "What do you like about it? it sounds interesting and fun, how did you get into it?"
This establishes relationship and empathy with your client, keeps you in control, and gives you leverage when you make a sale later.
Every man is a target, don't forget that. Straighten your shoulders, make sure you've got your hair and makeup done and get ready to hustle.
Happy fourth, let's make some racks tonight babe.
