Is it possible to quit when your mental health isn’t stable?
Post Body

I’m depressed. Medication isn’t helping and I’m in between therapists (thankfully my new one specialises in addiction). I just feel it is impossible to quit drinking when I feel miserable like this.

Realistically I know my depression would probably be better with no alcohol, but every time I try to quit, I fail.
