One week of no drinking. But quickly began having sugar cravings and junk food cravings. I typically eat quite healthy (sounds like a contradiction considering the drinking isn't healthy), and got a cruise during Halloween coming up and of course trying to make sure I feel confident in my skin...aka trying to minimize both sugar and junk food.
But today I thought, ya know what!? I'm gonna treat myself! Sure perhaps gas station nachos aren't healthy, I know this. But usually around this time, I'd be in line at the liquor store, but I'm not! Nachos>>>Booze! SO I GOT THE NACHOS! AND I EVEN ADDED CHILI AND JALEPENOS IN ADDITION TO THE CHEESE!
Cheers to tonight's junk food! AND HAPPY ONE WEEK TO ME!
