403k into stocks, good idea?

Would it make sense to take out an old unneeded frozen retirement 403k and putting it into stocks? In the 6,000$ range.

I already have a retirement plan with another employer, along with security with what I will be inheriting.

Just got a piece of mail, had no idea I had it, 403k from an old job I wasn’t with for long. And it’s frozen. I recognize I’ll be taxed 20% of it, but yeah, would it be worth it to take it out before retirement and put a chunk into stocks now?
