Post Body

Hello fellow statisticians,

I first want to introduce myself as a somewhat beginner in statistics. I completed a 3 course sequence in statistics in my current doctoral program. However, I had to leave my doctoral program due to a family emergency, and I will not be returning to my doctoral program. I do, however, want to continue working on my statistics (my professors were not good at teaching statistics to me), so I had to learn by looking up things and watching YouTube videos.

With that being said, my goal is be able to analyze my own data (even secondary data), run statistical analysis in R, and publish my results in an academic journal.

What books, resources, websites, trainings, and workshops can I take to enhance my training and reach my goal.
